Advised New York-based Aquila Investment Management, investment adviser to the Aquila Group of Funds, on the sale of its equity and high yield fixed income mutual funds to Cantor Fitzgerald Investment Advisors. The acquired funds will be reorganized into newly created Cantor funds sub-advised by Smith Group Asset Management.
